Pencil Giveaway

I am drawn to passionate people.  

I try to take advantage of any opportunity to interact with them. These people, immersed in what they love, just radiate positive energy.  I can't help but to become excited right along with them!  Watching others follow their passion and live in spirit inspires me to do what I love: making things and writing about them here.

My friend, JC, is one of those passionate people.  She is a true bookworm: not only does she love to read, but she is currently attending library school (to become a librarian).  She records her many literary  adventures on her blog, Hermionish, like her journey across the state to visit libraries for her 30 Libraries, 30 Years project. The name of her blog was inspired by the smart, book-loving Hermoine from Harry Potter- a very appropriate name for such blog, don't you agree?

Next week, she is hosting a give-away on her blog: six embellished pencils (made by me!).  The pencils are wrapped in strips of pages from Little Women, JC's favorte book.
