Good{will outlet} Friday #33 Costume: Greek Goddess

If you haven't decided on a Halloween costume, now is the time!  This week's Good{will outlet} Friday post is another quick costume made with items that are easily found at the Outlet Center - a dress as a Greek Goddess!  Just like, last week's outfit idea, everything you need should cost less that $10.

Hunt down a white sheet or curtain (and I would definitely recommend wearing a white dress underneath to avoid looking scandalous), safety pins, a fake house plant to cut up, and pretty accessories.

Keep an eye out for gleaming gold belts or cord, earrings, bangles, and sandals.  If you aren't able to find any goddess worthy gold items, grab yourself a can of gold spray paint and create your own glittering Grecian accessories.

Using wire clippers, cut apart the plant and twist the vines together to create a quick leafy crown.  Hot glue the leaves in place if necessary.
To make your toga, pin the fabric in place over one shoulder and tie the belt or cord around your waist.

**For a quick pair of gladiator style sandals: tie a long gold ribbon (about three feet long) to the toe section of a pair of gold flip-flops, and crisscross up around each of your legs, and then tie in a bow.
