Isn't 'round up' a fun blogger term?
This is my first round up and its about bracelets. I've been spying dozens of bracelet tutorials on Pinterest, and I've even made a few of them.
Here's a list of the tutotials I've tried and a few that I haven't made yet, but plan to someday:
<-------- embroidery thread and chain bracelet fashlin.com
<--------- lanyard chain bracelet studs-and-pearls.com
<---------wrap bracelet honestlywtf.com
<---------pearl bangle heodeza.blogspot.ca
<---------skinny belt (from the outlet center, wrapped several times)
<-------- t-shirt bracelet hautetosew.blogspot.com
These lovely macrame bracelets from honestlywtf.com are made with cord and gold ring charms. The tutorial is clear and easy to follow with plenty of helpful pictures. The soft colors and gold rings make me think of the ocean.
If you've been reminiscing about elementary school summer break and itching to make a few friendship bracelets, then this project is for you! Michael Ann, the blogger that made this tutorial for www.michaelannmade.com, has a very clever way of using cardboard- almost like a loom! The tutorial is very detailed and full of bright colorful pictures.
Here's a great, unique idea: twig bangles from apair-andaspare.blogspot.com! These little guys were created with a hanging root found outside and some gold spray paint. They're so lovely, and not difficult to make at all. I love how original they are!
This bracelet from madebygirl.blogspot.ca is made with rope. The tutorial is great and the project is very easy.
Another one from honestlywtf.com: a woven bracelet using helix nuts.
This is so creative, and it looks really good. You could also use washers or beads.
